For CLI users, `freevpn doctor --email` will draft a support email pre-filled with a JSON diagnostic of your install (DNS, routes, controller, license, egress).

## Common reasons to reach out

- **Help installing or connecting** — start with `freevpn doctor` if you're on the CLI; otherwise include your device, OS version, and the region you're trying to connect to.
- **Subscription or billing questions** — paid plans are optional. Include the email on the receipt (if any) and approximate purchase date.
- **Region not working with a specific service** — include the service and the country you're trying to appear from.
- **Bug reports** — repro steps + OS + app version.
- **Privacy / data requests** — we don't collect user data, so we typically don't have any records to provide. We're happy to confirm this in writing.
- **Press / partnerships** — same address; we'll route to the right person.

## Response times

We try to respond within 1–2 business days. Times can be longer during peak periods or holidays.

Found a security issue? Email **support@freevpnapp.org** with subject line beginning `SECURITY:` and we'll route it to the security team.
